		Repost an archived message <#> is the 
		Message number.

GET-CATALOG	
		Requests a catalog of all existing 
		repository files.

ADDFILE		
		Adds the attached file to the file
		repository.  A description may be 
		included in the body of the message.

GET-FILE:<#>	
		Orders a file from the repository. <#>
		is the document number as found in the
		Repository Catalog

GIVE-FILE:<#> <ADDRESS>
		Sends a file from the repository to 
		a non-subscribed address. <#> is the
		document number as found in the 
		repository catalog. <ADDRESS> is the
		address to receive the file.

UPDATE-FILE:<#>	
		Updates an existing file in the file
		repository. <#> is the document number
		as found in the repository catalog. An
		optional description can be included in
		the body of the message. Some lists only
		allow the original poster to make updates
		to a repository file.

REMOVE-FILE:<#>
		Removes a file from the file repository.
		<#> is the document number as found in 
 		the repository catalog.  Some lists only
		allow the orginal poster to delete a file
		from the repository.
